Antisocial Behaviour in Kilborn Park, Wellingborough

We are investigating complaints of antisocial behaviour in Kilborn Park in Wellingborough and are appealing to local residents for information. 

On Monday 28th July at approx 5pm a group of 6 youths, aged around 11/12 years old were involved in shouting lewd comments towards a female.

Did you witness anything?  Did you see anyone in the area?
